Hello,
What works for most mothers is to include a pump session in the morning while feeding from one side, as well as another session about an hour after the last feeding in the evening. Most mothers have a lot of milk at those moments.
Also, keep in mind that while working, you are pumping in stead of feeding, so you don't have to deal with a baby that wants to nurse just when you stop pumping.
